1 injured, 1 arrested after single-vehicle crash in NW Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person was sent to the hospital and another was arrested after a single-vehicle crash in Northwest Oklahoma City on Friday morning.
According to KFOR, the crash happened at about 1 a.m. near the intersection of Northwest 23rd Street and Meridian Ave.
Police say the driver lost control of there vehicle for unknown reasons and crashed into a street bench before slamming into a utility pole.
A passenger in the vehicle was transported to nearby hospital with unspecified injuries. The driver was taken into custody after showing signs of impairment at the scene.
