1 injured after trapped under vehicle in I-44 crash

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A driver was pinned under a vehicle after a wreck on I-44 early Monday morning.

According to KFOR, the single vehicle crash happened on I-44 just east of I-35 around 4 a.m.

The driver was headed westbound when he drifter off the roadside and overcorrected as he entered the roadway. The vehicle rolled over and he was ejected. The wrecked vehicle then landed on top of him.

Emergency crews were able to lift the vehicle off him and rushed the man to a hospital. He is reported to be in stable condition.
