1 injured, investigation underway after vehicle crashes into home

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person was injured in a single-vehicle car crash into a residence in Northwest OKC on Thursday afternoon.

According to KFOR, the accident happened around 1 p.m. near West Hefner Road and North MacArthur Boulevard. The driver of the vehicle slammed into the side and partially on the roof of the house.

They were able to get themselves out of the vehicle and were transported to an area hospital.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.
