Apartment fire injures 1 person near Briarwood Estates

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A person was hurt in an apartment fire near Rockwell Ave and Melrose Ln Monday, KFOR reports.

Firefighters responded to the blaze around 11 a.m. One person suffered smoke inhalation and had burns on their hands. Their current condition is unclear.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
