At least one person injured in crash on I-40 in Midwest City

MIDWEST CITY, OK – At least one person was injured during a crash that caused traffic delays in Midwest City yesterday afternoon, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The crash happened on westbound I-40 near Hudiburg Drive at around 5:34 p.m., and resulted in the roadway being blocked.

At least one person was reportedly injured in the crash.

By around 7:24 p.m., the highway had been reopened to traffic.

The cause of the crash and the condition of the injured were not immediately released.
