Driver crashes into NE Oklahoma City residence

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — One person was arrested early Monday after crashing their vehicle into a home in Oklahoma City’s Medical Community neighborhood, reports KOCO.

The incident occurred near the intersection of Northeast 16th Street and Lottie Avenue, near OU Health University of Oklahoma Medical Center. It was first reported shortly after midnight.

It was unclear what caused the accident or whether drugs or alcohol were a factor, but the driver was taken into police custody.

No injuries were reported, and no further information has been made available at this time.
