Explosion at oil site injures 2 workers

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Two workers were injured following an explosion at an oil site on Monday, KFOR reports.

The incident happened at a site owned by Devon Energy near Okarche as two contractors were cleaning a piece of equipment.

Authorities have not released the names or the current condition of the two workers injured in the blast. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
