Fatal industrial accident reported at T.J. Campbell Construction

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to KFOR, a worker at T.J. Campbell Construction died following an industrial accident Tuesday.

The victim was performing standard maintenance on a silo full of asphalt at around kept at around 300 degrees when he fell into it. It is unclear if he was wearing proper safety equipment at the time of the accident.

First responders were dispatched to the scene around 11 a.m. They worked with employees to recover the body from the silo.

The construction company has notified the family of the victim of their death.
