Injuries reported in multi-vehicle crash on I-240

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Officials with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol have reported injuries resulting from a collision on I-240 early Friday morning.

According to the official Twitter page of the OHP, the accident occurred in the westbound lanes of I-240 near the I-44 northbound on-ramp just before 7:00 a.m.

Details regarding the extent of the injuries sustained in the crash have not yet been released.

An investigation is likely underway into the circumstances leading up to the collision.
