Man and dog killed in Del City house fire

DEL CITY, OK – A man and his dog were killed after a home burned in Del City on Tuesday morning, reports KOCO.

First responders were on the scene at Southeast 22nd Street and Sunnylane Road around 7:30 a.m.

A man was pulled out of the burning home, but despite life-saving efforts, he died at the scene. His dog was also killed in the fire.

Del City Fire Department authorities are working to disclose the cause of the fire.
