Pickup truck flips over during high-speed chase near Oklahoma City

MCLOUD, OK. –  The McLoud Police Department and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol were involved in a high-speed chase on Interstate 40 near Oklahoma City on Monday afternoon.

According to News 4, the driver was identified as 43-year-old Floyd Douglas. Both Douglas and an unidentified male passenger were arrested after they led police on a wild chase on westbound I-40. A highway patrolman executed a pit maneuver that sent the truck into a barrier, causing it to roll over, but the suspects continued driving for several more miles until they were finally apprehended.

It is not yet known what led to the chase. We will continue to monitor this story for any further details.
