Police pursuit ends in crash in Cimarron County

CIMARRON COUNTY, OK – An injury accident was reported following a police chase early Monday afternoon.

According to KSCB News, the incident happened 1 mile west and 5 miles south of Keyes, OK in Cimarron County, at about 12:30 p.m.

A man identified as Robert Renz Breen, Jr. drove into Oklahoma via US 56, in an attempt to evade police in Morton County, KS. The chase continued through the Keyes area and onto several country roads.

Eventually, Breen’s 1500 Rebel pickup truck left the roadway and drove into a ditch near roads NS-41 and EW-19.

Breen was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
