Single-vehicle crash kills one on OK-10

KANSAS, OK – Terrill Lewis Parvin, 68, died in a Delaware County crash Monday, reports KTUL.

The incident occurred at the intersection of OK-10 and Hidden Valley Rd and was reported to authorities at 2:45 p.m.

Parvin was not wearing a seat belt when ran off the road and down and embankment.

The cause of the crash was determined to be speed.
