OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to KFOR, a deadly collision involving two vehicles and a pedestrian was reported at Southwest 59th and Walker Ave Thursday.

Two drivers struck the pedestrian. One of the drivers fled the scene following the crash.

Pedestrian injured in south Tulsa hit-and-run

TULSA, OK – A woman suffered injuries after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in south Tulsa, KTUL reports.

The woman was struck by a passing pickup truck as she was putting her grandchild in the backseat of her car.

A witness to the incident followed the truck to their home and then informed law enforcement of their location.

Emergency crews hospitalized the woman with minor injuries.

Hit-and-run injures child near South Haven Manor apartments

TULSA, OK  – A child was injured in a hit-and-run collision near the South Haven Manor apartments last Monday, Fox 23 reports.

At around 5 p.m. on August 16th, David Ferguson was driving a maroon-colored GMC Yukon when he struck the child near the apartments at 4012 W 56th Pl.

The child was hospitalized in critical condition. Ferguson turned himself into the police around 5 p.m. Thursday.

Update: New details released on hit-and-run involving a Tesla near Bricktown

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – More details have been released regarding a hit-and-run incident involving a black Tesla in Bricktown Sunday morning, News on 6 reports.

It was originally reported that a black Tesla fled the scene after striking a person on a scooter. It now appears that the victims were two pedestrians.

The crash occurred near the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark on the 300 block of Johnny Bench Dr when Tommy Ugelan and a friend were struck by a Tesla Model 3 while walking home at around 3 a.m.

Ugelan says his leg collided with the vehicle’s side mirror. He suffered minor injuries in the crash while his friend remains in the hospital and will require plastic surgery.

Police are still searching for the Tesla. They believe its front and windshield are severely damaged. They urge anyone with any information in regards to the collision to contact them immediately.

Hit-and-run injures two on bicycle near Miller

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A man and a child on a bicycle were struck in a hit-and-run collision near the community of Miller early Wednesday morning, reports KFOR.

The two were struck at the intersection of  N.W. 15th St and Miller Blvd. The driver fled the scene following the accident.

First responders were dispatched to the area after receiving reports of the incident around 2:50 a.m. The adult was hospitalized with minor injuries.

The current condition of the child is not known at this time.

Hit-and-run near Briarwood Estates hospitalizes 3

OKLAHOMA CITY – A hit-and-run collision near the community of Briarwood Estates sent three victims to the hospital, reports KFOR.

The collision occurred at Melrose Ln and N Rockwell Ave when a white car slammed into three pedestrians from behind and then fled the scene. The exact time it happened is unclear.

Two of the victims suffered facial lacerations and remain in stable condition. The third victim is unconscious.

Pedestrian injured in collision in Warr Acres

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A hit-and-run crash injured a pedestrian in Warr Acres Wednesday morning, reports News 9.

The collision took place at Northwest 39th Expressway and Grove Ave at about 5:30 a.m. The victim, an unidentified male, was apparently operating a lawn mower at the time of the accident. His condition is unknown at this time.

Police are monitoring surveillance video from businesses in the area in hopes of getting a description of the vehicle.

Tulsa hit-and-run accident sends woman to hospital

TULSA, OK – An elderly woman was sent to the hospital after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in the Columbus community of Tulsa on Sunday evening, reports News on 6.

The woman, believed to be in her 60’s, was struck by a car as she was walking east on Garnett. The force of the impact threw her about 40 ft. She was hospitalized in critical condition.

Bystanders at a nearby food truck heard the accident and called authorities.

A hunt for the driver is ongoing.
