Three hurt in Oklahoma City collision

At least three people, including a police deputy, sustained injuries in a recent three-vehicle accident in Oklahoma City, a News Channel 4 article reported on January 6.

According to reports, at about 11:00 a.m. an accident involving three vehicles took place at the intersection of Hiwassee and N.E. 50th. Information coming from investigators revealed that the accident happened after one vehicle failed to yield to oncoming traffic and collided with a second vehicle. The vehicle that caused the collision reportedly flipped after the initial impact and landed on top of the third vehicle, which was occupied by an officer. All three drivers sustained minor injuries during the collision. Authorities said that an investigation is underway and citations have not been issued yet.
