Semi-truck involved in injury accident near Wellston

LINCOLN COUNTY, OK – An accident near the town of Wellston slowed down traffic Thursday morning, reports TTN Oklahoma.


The incident was reported at 6:10 a.m. on the stretch of the Turner Turnpike east of the town of Wellston. Traffic was backed up to US Route 177 because the accident blocked the left lane. Road crews had the area cleared by 6:50 a.m. At least one person was injured in the accident.
