Woman hospitalized after being hit, dragged by dump truck in Tulsa parking lot

TULSA, OK – A woman was hospitalized after she was hit and dragged across a parking lot by a dump truck in Tulsa this morning, according to News on 6.
The crash happened near the QuikTrip located on N Peoria Avenue near E Pine Street at around 8:30 a.m., as a woman was leaving the store. She was then struck by the driver of a dump truck and was dragged some distance across the parking lot.
The victim, who was not immediately identified, was taken to the hospital for the treatment of broken legs.
The truck driver remained at the scene and has spoken with authorities. They stated that they did not see the victim before the crash occurred.
