Woman injured after jumping out of apartment building to avoid fire near Woodlake Addition

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to News 9, a woman was taken to the hospital after being injured in an apartment fire at NW 63rd St and Rockwell Ave.

The woman suffered injuries after jumping from the second story of the building to avoid the fire. First responders transported the victim to an area hospital around 3 a.m.  She is expected to be OK.

Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire.
