Woman killed in deadly crash in Okmulgee County

TULSA, OK – Officials say a woman was killed in an overnight accident in Okmulgee County on Sunday, according to News on 6.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the accident occurred on Conifer Road approximately five miles north and two miles west of Henryetta.

The driver, Kayla Dawson, crashed her 2011 Ford Escape and became pinned inside.

First responders pronounced her dead at the scene.

Police are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
