1 dead, 1 injured following head-on crash on I-240

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A woman is dead and a man is injured following a head-on collision that took place on I-240 on Tuesday, OKC Fox reports.

Jacquelyn Lucas was traveling west when she hit a slick part of the roadway, causing her vehicle to cross into the eastbound, where it collided with a car driven by 21-year-old Nicholas Janning.

Lucas, 39, died at the scene. Janning was taken to a nearby hospital with a broken arm.

The exact location of the crash was not mentioned in OKC Fox’s reporting.
