1-year-old dead after being hit by pickup truck in Marshall County

KINGSTON, OK (MARSHALL COUNTY) – A 1-year-old boy died after being hit by a driver in Marshall County last night, according to information from KFOR News.

The collision happened at around 7:29 p.m. south of Kingston on Back Street, near Firehouse Road, as the driver of a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado was reversing out of a private driveway.

The driver then moved forward and ran over a 1-year-old boy.

The baby was taken to the hospital in Madill, where he later was pronounced dead.

The driver was not reported as injured.

Authorities continue to investigate the crash at this time.
