16-year-old driver crashes into Arby’s restaurant in Tulsa

TULSA, OK – An Arby’s restaurant in Tulsa was forced to close its doors after a 16-year-old driver crashed into the building on Tuesday evening.
According to KJRH, the incident took place sometime before 6 p.m. at the Arby’s near 41st Street and South Peoria Avenue.
Officers say the unidentified driver had his learner’s permit and accidentally pressed the accelerator instead of the breaks. Fortunately, no one was hurt as a result of the crash.
The dining room of the restaurant has been closed until further notice.
