2 injured in semi-truck collision near west Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — Two people were hospitalized Monday evening after a crash involving a semi-truck in Oklahoma City’s Sun Valley Acres area, reports KFOR.

Oklahoma City fire crews responded to the scene near Northwest 10th Street and the John Kilpatrick Turnpike at about 6:45 p.m.

An initial investigation indicates the truck had veered off the roadway and slammed through a fence. The trailer of the vehicle had overturned in the crash.

Two victims suffered undisclosed injuries and were transported to a local hospital.

No other information has been shared at this time, but an investigation was in progress.
