2 killed, 1 injured in hit-and-run collision near SW Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — Two people died Sunday evening after a two-vehicle crash that left another person injured in southwest Oklahoma City, according to KOCO.

Oklahoma City Police responded to the scene near Southwest 35th Street and South Youngs Boulevard, west of Brock Park.

Few details have been provided at this time, but authorities one vehicle struck another car.

Two adult occupants in the victim car died as a result of their injuries, while a third adult patient in the same vehicle suffered undisclosed injuries.

Three occupants in the striking vehicle fled the scene on foot, but one authorities were able to apprehend one person.

No further information has been made available at this time, but an investigation was in progress.
