OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — Two people were injured Wednesday in a rollover collision near the Frontier City amusement park in northeast Oklahoma City, according to FOX25.
Oklahoma City Police responded to the scene at the corner of Northeast 115th Street and North Coltrane Road.
An early investigation shows a white sedan veered off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch, causing its driver to lose control. The vehicle then flipped and vaulted over one of the park’s entrances.
Two passengers in the sedan suffered minor injuries and were transported to a local hospital. Officials said they are expected to recover.
An investigation into the cause of the wreck was in progress. Drugs and alcohol are not believed to have been factors, but the OKCPD suspects the driver was distracted.
