2-vehicle collision injures man on State Hwy 66 near Tulsa

TULSA, OK – A man suffered serious injuries after colliding with another vehicle on State Hwy 66 Friday evening, KFUL reports.

John Partenzana, 50, and Koy Smith, 21, were both driving northbound on State Hwy 66 when Partenzanna struck Smith.

Partenzana was hospitalized at St. Francis hospital. It is unclear what happened to Smith following the crash.
