BRISTOW, OK – A 30-year-old man is dead after a crash in Bristow that appeared to be related to speeding, according to News on 6.
The accident happened Saturday morning in the northbound lanes of 337th West Avenue when Bristow man Jacob Ashbrook, 30, lost control of his vehicle. He slammed into a tree and was pinned within the wreckage, according to authorities.
Ashbrook died at the scene of the crash.
He was reportedly driving at a high rate of speed when the accident occurred.
Ashbrook was the sole victim of the crash.
