84-year-old man dies in crash on 126th Street North in Collinsville

COLLINSVILLE, OKLAHOMA – Authorities say an elderly man is dead following a single-vehicle crash on 126th Street North in Collinsville on Friday afternoon.

According to Tulsa World, the accident occurred around 2:30 p.m.

The preliminary crash report states that 84-year-old Walter Kerr of Owasso was heading east on 126th Street North after turning from North Memorial Drive when his vehicle crossed the center lane and crashed into a traffic sign.

Collinsville emergency services transported Kerr to a nearby hospital. He was declared deceased on arrival.
