Amusement park accident kills woman

An accident in a well-known amusement park resulted in a woman’s death after she fell from one of the rides in Arlington, Texas on the evening of Friday, July 19.

The fatal accident, in which Rosy Esparza fell from the Texas Giant roller coaster in the Six Flags amusement park, occurred at around 6:30 p.m.

Experts were deployed by the German company who built the Texas Giant cars to help figure out the cause of the accident. The amusement park also stated that it plans to utilize all resources to determine what caused the accident after no signs of foul play were discovered.

A spokesperson for the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions said rides are generally safe with very minimal accidents and deaths occurring.

The legal team at Abel Law Firm extends their condolences to the family and friends of Rosy Esparza.
