TULSA, OK – Authorities have released the identity of the man who was struck and killed in eastern Tulsa on Monday, Tulsa World reports.

This is an update to a previous post.

91-year-old Estes Riddle was attempting to cross Hudson Avenue and Admiral Place when he was struck by a motor vehicle. The vehicle stopped, at which point a second vehicle attempted to pass it and struck Riddle a second time. Both drivers called 911 and cooperated with police.

Emergency responders pronounced Riddle dead at the scene.

Neither driver has been charged, as Riddle was attempting to cross outside of a designated crosswalk.
