Broken Arrow man killed in Tulsa collision

TULSA, OK – A 71-year-old man from Broken Arrow was killed yesterday in a crash that happened near downtown Tulsa, according to Tulsa World.

Joaquin Vargas Conty was traveling west on I-244 when his Ford Fusion collided with another passenger vehicle near Peoria Avenue. Conty died as a result of the collision, while the other driver—a woman from Kansas—was unhurt.

Both motorists were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.

Investigations are ongoing.
