Car crashes into northwest Oklahoma City residence

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK –  Police in Oklahoma City responded to an incident where a vehicle crashed into a home southwest of downtown Tuesday morning.

According to KFOR, the accident occurred just after midnight at a residence near the intersection of Northwest 56th Street and May Avenue.

The homeowner said the driver got out of the vehicle and asked if everyone was alright before fleeing the scene on foot. No details regarding the suspect’s identity have been released at this time.

It is still unclear what caused the crash. Fortunately, no one was injured as a result.
