Cattle truck rolls over near 81st St. in Tulsa

TULSA, OK – Police in Tulsa responded to the scene of an overturned cattle truck near the Arkansas River Tuesday morning.

According to KTUL, the accident occurred near along 81st Street near the intersection with Elwood Avenue.

Responding officers believe the semi had a mechanical issue. The unidentified driver lost control and rolled the vehicle onto its side, blocking both lanes.

No injuries were reported as a result of the crash. However, crews worked to safely clear spilled diesel fuel for some time afterward.

No cattle were inside the truck at the time of the collision.
