Child hospitalized after struck by car backing out of driveway

BRISTOW, OK – A child was sent to the hospital after she was hit by a car backing out of a driveway, reports Tulsa World.

The girl, a five-year-old from Bristow, was struck around 3:15 Friday by a 2015 Chrysler which was backing out of a driveway on 241 Street near Bristow. She suffered internal injuries and was taken to a Tulsa Hospital.

A 5-year-old Bristow girl was in critical condition after being hit by a car backing out of a driveway, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
