Crews respond to fatal 2-vehicle crash on SH 20 near CR 480

OWASSO, OK – A driver died after he collided with another vehicle on SH 20 near CR 480 Friday, according to KFOR.

The 45-year-old driver was driving a Honda Civic on EB Hwy 20 when he drove off the right side of the roadway, came back onto the road, went off the left side of the road, returned to the road, and then hit the driver’s side of a GMC Yukon.

First responders were called to the crash around 4:03 p.m. They pronounced the victim dead at the scene. The driver of the Yukon refused treatment.

Officials listed excessive speeds as the cause of the wreck.
