Cyclist hit by semi-trailer on I-40 offramp in central Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — One person was struck by a semi-trailer last Thursday morning on Interstate 40 near Oklahoma City’s Riverside area, according to KOCO.

The incident occurred on the exit ramp from I-4o eastbound to South Western Avenue, near Wheeler Park. It was first reported by KOCO at 9:47 a.m.

Officials did not release details on the circumstances behind the crash, but emergency crews responded to the scene.

As of this writing, the condition of the victim remains undisclosed.
