Driver crashes through carport in north Tulsa

TULSA, OK – A driver walked away unhurt after colliding with a car-port in north Tulsa early Thursday morning.

According to News on 6, the driver crashed at about 2:15 a.m. into the carport near the intersection of 48th Street and Peoria Avenue.

Police believe the unidentified female driver lost control of her vehicle at a high rate of speed before skidding off the roadway. Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the crash.
