A person died after a crash, a March 12 article of Oklahoma’s News 4 reported.
The incident happened in State Highway 251A near Okay, around 5:30 PM Wednesday. 45-year-old Shaun Pingleton was driving when he went off the road “for an unknown reason” and returned to the road. His vehicle then rolled a couple of times before coming to a rest on its top. He was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene. The incident is under further investigation.
