Elderly man hit, killed by car in Edmond church parking lot

EDMOND, OK – An 85-year-old man was struck by a vehicle outside of a church in Edmond and died on the scene, according to KOCO News 5.

Police officials stated that the accident took place in the parking lot of First Baptist Church near 33rd Street and Bryant Avenue.

The man was leaving the church when he was hit and killed by the passing vehicle. According to police, his friend was driving and did not see the man before hitting him.
