OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Firefighters in Oklahoma City responded to a vehicle fire along the John Kilpatrick Turnpike frontage road Thursday afternoon.
According to the Oklahoma City response and accident tracker, the accident took place just before 12:30 p.m. along West Memorial Road near the intersection with North Council Road.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. However, drivers have been advised to avoid the intersection as delays and closures are likely while firefighters are at the scene.
It is unclear if any injuries were sustained as a result of the blaze.
