Injuries reported in fiery car crash

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Fire and EMS in Oklahoma City are reporting injuries in a vehicle accident fire near Lake Hefner.

The incident occur at about 10:54 a.m. Tuesday morning along Northwest 63rd Street in the neighborhood of Lakeside, according to the Oklahoma City response and accident tracker. No word has been released on the severity of the crash or how many were injured in the resulting blaze.

This situation is ongoing and more details will be provided as they are made available by authorities. However, delays are likely along the portion of 63rd St. near Brookline Avenue throughout the early afternoon on Tuesday.
