Lanes closed following collision on Turner Turnpike

OKLAHOMA CO., OK – Troopers with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol shut down multiple lanes on the Turner Turnpike following an early-morning crash Thursday.

According to a tweet by OHP, the accident occurred shortly after 1 a.m. within the eastbound lanes of the interstate near mile marker 144.

It is unclear how many vehicles were involved in the crash at this time. However, at least two right lanes were blocked for about a half-hour while crews worked to clear the scene.

No injuries were reported as an immediate result of the crash. All lanes were reopened shortly after 1:30 a.m.
