Man dies after multi-vehicle crash on 23rd St in NW Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — A man died Tuesday night after a multi-vehicle wreck that several others injured in northwest Oklahoma City’s Windsor Forest neighborhood, reports KOCO.

The fatal collision occurred at the intersection of Northwest 23rd Street and MacArthur Boulevard. Oklahoma City Police responded to the scene shortly before 8:00 p.m.

Authorities have not disclosed the cause of the accident or the exact number of vehicles involved, but medics rushed one man to a local hospital. That patient was later pronounced deceased.

A number of other people suffered injuries considered not serious.

The intersection was shut down during the response.

No other details have been shared, but an investigation was in progress.
