Man killed after colliding with pickup truck near Lake View

TULSA, OK – An older man was fatally struck by a pickup truck after running a stop sign near Hwy 75 and 36th St on Monday, KTUL reports.

Police say the victim’s vehicle was struck on the driver’s side as he was passing through the intersection at about 11 a.m.

First responders transported the victim to a nearby hospital, where he died in the emergency room. The driver of the pickup truck was an unlicensed 16-year-old girl.
