Man killed in house fire at 74th St and Hiwassee Rd in SE OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A man was killed in a house fire in southeastern Oklahoma City this morning, according to information from KFOR News.

The fire happened at a home near the intersection of 74th Street and Hiwassee Road at about 7:10 a.m.

One of the occupants of the home, a 50-year-old man, was removed from the blaze by fire crews. He was then taken to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.

Authorities continue to investigate the blaze at this time.
