Motorcyclist dies after multi-vehicle wreck on I-35 near Norman

CLEVELAND COUNTY, OK — One person died Tuesday night after a multi-vehicle accident involving a motorcycle on Interstate 35 near northwest Norman, reports KFOR.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the fatal crash happened on the southbound lanes near Exit 114 to West Indian Hills Road. First responders were called to the scene at around 9:30 p.m.

It was unclear what led up to the collision, but a report from News9 indicates up to four vehicles were involved.

Officials confirmed the motorcyclist was killed in the crash.

No other injuries have been reported and no further details have been released at this time.

An investigation by the OHP and the Traffic Homicide Unit was in progress.
