Multi-vehicle collision kills two in Broken Arrow

BROKEN ARROW, OK – A multi-vehicle crash took the lives of two people Tuesday evening in Broken Arrow, report Fox 23.

The accident occurred around 9:45 p.m. on the 7500 block of S. 209th E. Ave and involved two vehicles. Two people were not wearing their seat belts and were pronounced dead at the scene after being ejected through the windshield. One person from the other vehicle suffered minor injuries.

Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the accident.
