SAPULPA, OK – Authorities Sapulpa Police Captain Stephen Zamudio and his family were left without their home and most of their possessions after a fire destroyed their home on Sunday, January 3rd.

Fire crews with the Sapulpa Fire Department responded to the home but were unable to contain the fire.

The family did not have time to save many possessions and the home is thought to be a total loss.

The cause of the fire is currently unknown. An investigation is underway by the state fire marshal.
