Officials pull truck from an Oklahoma City Creek

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – The Oklahoma City Fire Department worked to pull a truck that had driven into a creek west of downtown Monday morning.

According to Fox 25, the incident was reported near the intersection of General Pershing Boulevard and Villa Avenue at about 7:30 a.m. Police say the driver crashed into the water after swerving to avoid hitting another vehicle and leaving the roadway.

Luckily, no one was injured as a result of the crash. Authorities do not believe high speeds or alcohol played a role in the crash.
