OHP called to injury collision on I-240

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Injuries were reported as the result of a multi-vehicle crash near the Southern Hills neighborhood early Monday morning, OHP reports.

The accident, which occurred at about 8:12 a.m., occurred within the eastbound lanes of I-240 near the South Western Avenue overpass.

The cause of the crash is unclear at this time. However, two vehicles were involved and at least one person was hurt as a result.

The roadway was blocked for some time while emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
